1. Agreement

By using the Indore Advertisement website or booking a campaign with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide outdoor advertising services in Indore including e-rickshaw branding, tricycle advertising, LED / flex vans and look walkers. All campaigns are subject to a written quote and mutual confirmation.

3. Bookings & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of an agreed advance.
• Print & mount charges are one-time and are billed with the first invoice.
• Balance amounts are due on or before the campaign start date.
• Cancellations after production has begun forfeit the print & mount charges.

4. Creative & Content

Clients are responsible for the legality and IP ownership of creatives they provide. We reserve the right to refuse content that violates law, public morality, or platform norms.

5. Delivery

We provide daily GPS-verified route reports and a completion report. Minor route or timing variations may occur due to weather, traffic or local restrictions.

6. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a campaign is limited to the fees paid for that specific campaign. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
